- Reservations: All reservations must be made through our website, and require a valid online payment to guarantee the booking. Your payment card will be charged for the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Payment: Payment for your stay can be made by online payment, cash, or bank transfer. Credit card payments will be charged in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellation of your booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date or fail to show up, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
- Non-smoking policy: Hotel Tulusi Inn is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel except permitted area given by hotel management.
- Damage to hotel property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Any damage will be charged.
- No pets policy: We regret that we cannot accommodate pets in our hotel.
- Additional charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as Tour & Travels, Car Rental, Guide, laundry, or minibar usage. These charges will be billed to your room and must be paid upon checkout.
- Lost and found: Hotel Tulusi Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have lost an item during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it.
